Appointment Cancellations
We understand that plans can change.
- Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund or credit.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment are non-refundable, as that time has been reserved exclusively for you.
Missed Appointments / No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled video consultation and do not provide notice, the appointment will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
Please ensure your device, internet connection, and availability are ready at the scheduled time.
Refunds
Because this is a professional consultation service, refunds are handled as follows:
- Refunds are not guaranteed once the consultation has taken place.
- A refund may be considered only if the session could not be completed due to a technical issue on our end, or the consultation was ended early because the service was clearly not applicable to your situation
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the appointment.
DIY Outcome Disclaimer
Our consultations provide professional guidance and education to help you understand plumbing issues and potential solutions. Results may vary depending on skill level, tools, and the condition of existing plumbing.
Refunds are not provided based on:
- Difficulty performing the repairChoosing not to proceed with the repair
- The need for in-home service or replacement partsFollow-Up Consultations
If your repair requires replacement parts, a discounted follow-up consultation may be offered at our discretion. Follow-up appointments are optional and subject to availability.
Emergency & Safety Situations
If during the consultation it becomes clear that the issue is unsafe or requires immediate in-person service (such as active flooding, sewage backup, or electrical hazards), we will advise accordingly. This does not automatically qualify for a refund.
