Faucet Repair & Replacement

Help with leaks, worn parts, and full faucet replacements.

If you’re dealing with a leaking faucet, low water pressure, worn-out cartridges, or a fixture that needs replacing, our guided support helps you fix the issue quickly and confidently. We provide clear, step-by-step instructions tailored to your faucet type so you can complete the repair without unnecessary service costs.

Common Faucet Problems We Help You Fix

Homeowners often run into faucet issues that are simple to repair with the right guidance. Here are the most common problems we can help you diagnose and solve:

  • Leaking or dripping faucets
  • Worn or stuck cartridges
  • Low water pressure from faucets
  • Loose handles or fixtures
  • Noisy or squeaky faucets
  • Faucet aerator buildup
  • Hard-to-turn handles
  • Full faucet replacement

Each issue can usually be resolved with basic tools and the right troubleshooting steps.

Fix Leaks, Drips, and Worn-Out Parts

A leaking faucet wastes water and increases your utility bill. We help you identify the cause—whether it’s a worn cartridge, damaged O-ring, or loose component—and walk you through how to replace or adjust the part correctly.

You’ll know exactly what needs to be fixed, what parts to buy, and how to install them.

Guided Support for Full Faucet Replacement

Sometimes a faucet is too old, corroded, or damaged to repair. In that case, we guide you through the entire replacement process, including:

  • How to disconnect the old faucet
  • What tools you’ll need
  • How to install the new fixture
  • How to avoid common mistakes
  • How to check for leaks
  • How to ensure everything is tightened properly

Replacing a faucet is often much simpler than homeowners expect—we make sure you do it the right way.

Know When a Faucet Should Be Replaced Instead of Repaired

Not every faucet issue needs a full replacement. We help you determine whether your faucet is worth saving by considering:

  • Age of the fixture
  • Condition of internal parts
  • Mineral buildup or corrosion
  • Cost of replacement vs repair
  • Frequency of past issues

This helps you make an informed decision and avoid unnecessary purchases.

FAQs

How much does a video call session cost?

Each session is a flat $65 for up to 25 minutes. There are no hidden fees, no upsells, and no extra charges — just clear, straightforward help for your specific issue. Most homeowners save far more than the cost of the call by avoiding unnecessary service visits or overpriced repairs.

Who is this service for?

This service is for people who want expert help without paying for an in-home appointment. If you’re unsure what’s wrong, want to avoid overpaying, or just need straightforward guidance, this service is for you.

What if we run out of time?

If the issue isn’t fully resolved within the 25-minute session, you’ll still walk away knowing exactly what’s going on, what parts you need, and what steps to take next. You’re free to book additional time if needed, but most issues are diagnosed or resolved quickly.

What if I need to cancel or forget about the appointment?

Life happens! If you cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your session, there’s no fee. Missed appointments without notice are charged in full since that time slot can’t be filled last-minute.

Can you help me figure out what parts I need?

Yes. We can identify the exact parts required for your repair — cartridges, flappers, fill valves, supply lines, trim kits, and more.
