Each session is a flat $65 for up to 25 minutes. There are no hidden fees, no upsells, and no extra charges — just clear, straightforward help for your specific issue. Most homeowners save far more than the cost of the call by avoiding unnecessary service visits or overpriced repairs.

What if we run out of time?

If the issue isn’t fully resolved within the 25-minute session, you’ll still walk away knowing exactly what’s going on, what parts you need, and what steps to take next. You’re free to book additional time if needed, but most issues are diagnosed or resolved quickly.

What if I need to cancel or forget about the appointment?

Life happens! If you cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your session, there’s no fee. Missed appointments without notice are charged in full since that time slot can’t be filled last-minute.

Can you help me figure out what parts I need?

Yes. We can identify the exact parts required for your repair — cartridges, flappers, fill valves, supply lines, trim kits, and more.
