Toilet Repair & Replacement

Repair running toilets, stop leaks, or replace an old toilet

A running, leaking, or worn-out toilet can waste water, increase bills, and cause unnecessary frustration. We help you troubleshoot common toilet issues, identify the right fix, and walk through repairs or replacements with clear, easy-to-follow instructions.

Common Toilet Problems We Help You Fix

Toilet issues are often simpler than they look. With the right guidance, most problems can be handled quickly using basic household tools.

We can help with:

  • Constantly running toilets
  • Leaks around the base or tank
  • Weak or incomplete flushes
  • Loose or worn-out fill valves
  • Flappers that won’t seal
  • Fill valves that won’t shut off
  • Worn-out or broken internal parts
  • Full toilet replacement

These are the most common homeowner issues — and they’re often easy to solve with the correct steps.

Fix Running Toilets and Water Waste

A running toilet can waste hundreds of gallons of water a day. We help you:

  • Identify whether the issue is the flapper, fill valve, or float
  • Adjust or replace the faulty part
  • Ensure the toilet shuts off properly
  • Stop water loss and high utility bills

We make the process clear and straightforward.

Repair Toilet Leaks and Seal Problems

Leaks around the toilet base or between the tank and bowl may seem serious, but most can be resolved safely by addressing:

  • Worn-out wax rings
  • Loose bolts
  • Cracked gaskets
  • Misaligned seals

We help you determine the source of the leak and guide you through the correct fix.

Support for Full Toilet Replacement

When a toilet is outdated, damaged, or beyond simple repair, replacing it may be the best option. We help you understand:

  • How to remove the old toilet
  • How to position and install a new wax ring or seal
  • How to seat and secure the new fixture
  • How to reconnect water lines
  • How to test for leaks and adjust components

Most replacements are easier than they seem — we make sure you do it correctly.

Know When to Repair vs. Replace

Not every issue requires a full replacement. We help you determine whether your toilet is:

  • Worth repairing
  • Near the end of its lifespan
  • Using too much water
  • Too worn or damaged for simple fixes
  • More cost-effective to replace

This clarity helps you avoid unnecessary spending.

FAQs

How much does a video call session cost?

Each session is a flat $65 for up to 25 minutes. There are no hidden fees, no upsells, and no extra charges — just clear, straightforward help for your specific issue. Most homeowners save far more than the cost of the call by avoiding unnecessary service visits or overpriced repairs.

Who is this service for?

This service is for people who want expert help without paying for an in-home appointment. If you’re unsure what’s wrong, want to avoid overpaying, or just need straightforward guidance, this service is for you.

What if we run out of time?

If the issue isn’t fully resolved within the 25-minute session, you’ll still walk away knowing exactly what’s going on, what parts you need, and what steps to take next. You’re free to book additional time if needed, but most issues are diagnosed or resolved quickly.

What if I need to cancel or forget about the appointment?

Life happens! If you cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your session, there’s no fee. Missed appointments without notice are charged in full since that time slot can’t be filled last-minute.

Can you help me figure out what parts I need?

Yes. We can identify the exact parts required for your repair — cartridges, flappers, fill valves, supply lines, trim kits, and more.
